This Littmann Classic III is excellent quality and feels very well made. The sound is clear and it’s comfortable to use. I really like the lightweight design and the overall build quality. It’s a reliable stethoscope and definitely worth the price. Very happy with this purchase!

I love this stethoscope. The quality of it makes the price worth it. I’ve had school issued stethoscopes as well as another at around 25-50 bucks and all of them had made listening to heart and lung sounds difficult. I practiced auscultations with the Littmann straight out of the box after delivering and it felt like having on noise cancelling headphones with crisp sounds. I thought I’d regret this purchase but I could t be more happy. Especially with how reliable and long-lasting this piece of equipment can be. I look forward to passing head to toe assessments now.

Right out of the box I tried this 3M Littman Classic lll Monitoring Stethoscope without recognizing there is a user's manual in the box. When it didn't work I thought oh no I got one of the duds from the bad reviews but then I thought (brilliantly!) maybe there's a user's manual and I'm overlooking some important detail. So I checked the box and sure enough I found out I was putting the earpieces into my ears exactly backwards and that made all the difference! This stethoscope went from hearing nothing at all to hearing perfectly and even after expecting great things from it after paying $100, it still surprised me how great this stethoscope performs! Do not hesitate to buy this product. I only wanted it to check out my own condition and to listen to other family member's hearts, but any professional looking for a quality stethoscope, this should be what you get. I'd only advise three things....one, read the user's manual, two put them in your ears the RIGHT way, and 3, do not hold it by the smaller circle or you will only hear your hand when it moves, but hold it by the larger circle's rim or the stem inbetween the two and you'll get a very clear sound of what's going on inside your 'victim'. jk lol

Littman is one of the foremost stethoscope designers/makers. Many doctors use their highest quality (and PRICE) units. .My daughter will graduate from nursing school in December. She loves this birthday gift and uses in her "rotations" among different hospitals and care facilities. WELL MADE; and the color is 1) "to die for" and 2) modest protection against male theft!

I’m a paramedic and I use these every day. The sound quality is amazing. They’re very comfortable in the ears. I use them in the clinical setting and then I also use them at home. They’re very lightweight and I enjoy using them every day.

Littmann has the best stethoscopes, its quality its outstanding and the burgundy colour is just as amazing as on the image. Its a bit pricy but definitely worth it. Its very comfortable, I use it around my neck and it doesn't bother me at all

I don’t know anything about these, but I wanted to buy a good brand. I was carrying for my brother with cancer. I didn’t know what to listen for, his nurse said it was a very good one and the sound was nice and loud. She said for me to watch YouTube videos to know where to put it on the body and what sounds to listen for. It’s a good product.
