life saving for ibs.
I have occassional IBS attacks that can wake me in middle of night and cause me to writhe in pain for hours. these have been the one cure I've found. within 15 minutes of swallowing the attacks end, gas dissolves, cramps stop. because they are coated to dissolve in the colon not stomach..it does not kick GERD up like some peppermint.
