I do recommend these weighted ankle straps; they are exactly as shown in the photo. I bought the 3-kilo ones, the Velcro is very strong, and they fit quite snugly. This works for me because I have small bones, and I don't feel like they will fall off. They weigh what they say they weigh and are suitable for all types of exercise.

The weights are adjustable by removing or replacing small ‘sacks’ or bags. This is reasonably easy but might be considered to be a bit of a fiddle, however they are well made and the general construction is very good - we’re very pleased with them.

These are very good value for money and a very good idea in that you can add weights as your muscles get stronger and stronger. In my exercises I need a flat part of the weight where I can raise and lower my leg from the floor but when you have inserted all the weights there is no real flat part you can use. Otherwise full marks.

They fit nicely and are comfortable. I should have gone for a heavier weight in the first instance. I chose the lightest option which when fitted to ankles does not really add much to a leg. I am sure that my next purchase will reflect that. I can see that the heavier ones can have the pouches removed to bring it down to the lower weight if needed.

I’ve struggled with weight loss and these leg weights have proven beneficial. I’m self-conscious and have asthma so unlikely to be found running at the gym or in public. At first the weights seemed really heavy but I soon adjusted to wearing them under my jeans and they helped to lose weight without excessive exercise. I’m very impressed that burning calories was much easier than I anticipated and using the leg weights discreetly has contributed to my weight loss. I found them beneficial for my painful sciatica - they seem to have helped to reduce the pain by stretching my legs somewhat. I’ve ordered the next weights up!

Die Gewichte halten durch den Klettverschluss ziemlich gut und sind an den Gelenken Recht effektiv. Die verschiedenen Trainings können mit den extra Gewichten solide durchgeführt werden. Bei manchen übungen kann es störend sein. Das pink ist mit persönlich zu grell.

Sehr guter Tragekonfort, nach 2 bis 3 Wochen nicht mehr zu spüren. Ausserdem 20 Kilo runter 😉
