Book lovers 5-star review has it completely right. This is a commercial/industrial piece of machinery. It takes a couple of hours to learn, set up, calibrate and print. Once you understand how everything works it will save you thousands and thousands of dollars. The ink is pigments not dye and doesn't fade and it will just crank out thousands at a time. Easily pays for itself quickly for a small business owner rather than pay a printing service.

I was worried after the other reviewer gave it 1 star but figured there is no way this company could still be in business selling a $3000.00 printer if it didn't work. Conclusion after use: this is not a home use machine. It is commercial which means it takes a few minutes to set it up and know how to send file to it. It's not a desktop photo printer you just send a print to. Although you can...theRe are adjustments to get it to repeat perfectly on a roll Not hard...but you have to read instructions. After an hour we were printing and have since printed close to $50,000 worth of labels with just a few hiccups. Common issue is printing full bleed takes 4 or 5 labels to get it alighted perfectly. With a ciss ink Supply it's like 5 cents for a 3x4 full color lots of ink label...including the label stock. Runs fairly fast...not as fast as a memjet but prints better than a memjet even when memjet is on slow and hi rez. Heads easy to clean.
