Great chin up bar
This is one of the better made chin up bars that I have owned.It is robust and comes with 4 heavy duty hooks which need to be attached to a sturdy wall via bolt screws. If you are unfamiliar with these screws I suggest that you do a bit of research ( Youtube has a few videos) because they don't work like normal plugs.The bar requires all 4 hooks when setting for dips or knee raises so consider placement of the hooks carefully ( 40cm apart should do it ) and think about height.Only down side is the tightness of the bar when in the hooks and the overal weight but still a solid piece of kit.
