Fit as expected on me, but a tab big on my 4-year-old daughter, but still loved it. My daughter has a bigger circumference and it was still a tag bi, but rather big than tight in my opinion (since you could always take it in.) My daughter and I loved them:) Fit perfect on my head:)

I purchased for a costume party and returned it immediately. The headband width was small and the star was off center. Really a piece of junk.
