Crazy expensive

I am new to cheese making and bought this tiny pouch of citric acid for way to much money because a cheese website said this is what I needed. Fact is, you can purchase citric acid for a fraction of the price just about anywhere you buy canning supplies. I bought my last pack at Bi-Mart
