They work!
I have IBS, food allergies, occasional foot cramps. I take 1 of these tablets each morning. And they work! They sort of level me out. Very good quality.

If you're looking for the citrate benefits, this is not the one! I took 3 before bed. NOTHING!

Ideal supplement for restless leg syndrome (RSL)
I am already on a fairly high dose of an anti-parkinson medication ( which comes with some unpleasant side effects ) and the symptoms of RLS were starting to return. I didn't want to increase the amount I was taking and was recommended magnesium citrate. Within a couple of days, the symptoms had vanished which meant I didn't have to increase the medication. Highly recommended although of course, check with your GP first.
