Ok the seller was perfect. They had nothing to do with the real issue which was impala packaged 2 left foot skates!! This is not the first time I have heard of them doing this. Buyer beware!!!

This is my second pair from the same brand. I bought the hologram ones about a year ago and the truck on them bent somehow. I bought these galaxy looking ones to replace the last ones. Beautiful design. Reasonable price for the quality. Only problem I have with mine is the wheels do not tighten down all the way. Makes it hard to get a good starting point to gage if all 8 wheels are evenly tightened or loosened. I have to get used to all of my wheels not being in sync with each other. Makes my skate sessions uncomfortable and wobbly. Although the price is great, I will not purchase this brand of skates again. I’d rather spend more money on better quality and design.

After much rrsearch and many reviews, I decided on these skates for my neice. They fit her well, they roll very good and she loves them. Great starter skates for her.

The skates was built very study good for beginners but not good for wide feet very painful

My skates came quickly and they are true to size. I still went a half size up so I could wear thick socks. They do run narrow but my feet are on the wide side.

... doesn't mean the quality is better. I got Impala skates because once I started taking skating lessons and going regularly to sessions, my cheaper skates couldn't keep up. These skates show up in every search, and at $100 these are relatively cheap for me. They're supposed to be an advancement over skates like Chicago or the numerous knock-offs ... but that is a lie. These skates seemed good at first; but I thought my feet getting sore was just because I was breaking them in. But after a month, I went back to wearing my cheaper skates because these hurt my feet so much. In spite of numerous crossover drills (which require deep leaning into curves) these skates would not break in. In one-hour sessions, I'd have to take these off after 40 minutes (or less) because they pressed my toes and arches too much. And, the vinyl tops cut into my skin, even after loosening the laces in the hopes my toes would get some relief. I wish I'd seen more reviews for Impalas before buying them - I would've gone straight to $200+ skates (which I did) and not bothered with skates that can actually reduce your ability to skate correctly. While Impalas definitely provide a skater with more support, if you can't skate because you can't move your legs or feet as needed, then they're not good skates. Now these sit in the back of my closet as a warning to not cheap out again for the sake of my feet, as well as to be a great skater.
