Nicely made, good quality hat. It was slightly folded for shipping but popped right into shape. I ordered the medium size and it fits perfectly. I tend to be on the petite side. There's an adjustable string that runs through the inside band of the hat. To tighten it you just tie the string tighter. It fit me just fine as is though. I ordered the blue color and it looks exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and breathes well in the heat.

I’m a big fan of this brand, a this is the most stylish of theirs I’ve tried. The only change I’d suggest is to have the beads match the hat…I would have preferred blue or ivory, or a more neutral/tam color, than green. Overall, 9.5 out of 10 and it will get a lot of use!

Sunday Afternoon hats are well-made, something that’s hard to find these days. The wide brim keeps the sun off your face & neck. And it’s also really stylish! i love it.

I'm a medium in all hats, but the medium in this one definitely runs big. It is broad enough to protect you from the sun, looks stylish and appears to be packable.

I wanted a hat that would provide more sun protection than a baseball cap. This is an excellent hat, but it doesn't provide the shade I was hoping for. I failed to realize that a 3.5" brim isn't all that helpful for a long walk on a sunny day. I also failed to notice that it has no strap. I ordered a medium based on the measurement instructions, but it's tighter than expected. Having said all that, I'll wear it when I want to look great, but not for activity. I bought the blue, and it's very nice and well-made.

Very happy with this purchase. The hat is a thick, high quality material that can be easily scrunched/molded into a shape that holds during wear and doesn’t seem to hold wrinkles from being packed. The hat is a bit on the heavier side weight-wise, but breathes well and isn’t overly warm to wear.The bead details are glass, wood, and metallized plastic.

I have a big head and lots of hair. I ordered a large and it fits well. Also, I live in Florida and this hat does shade my face all the way down to my chin when in direct sunlight. The weave of the hat is very tightly Knit and doesn’t let sun through like other straw hats that have tiny holes, so I do believe the spf facto le that the company states

It's a cute hat. Fit well. But it was hot in the Bahamian sun. Couldn't tolerate it unfortunately.

I ordered the lagoon (blue) hat in size medium.Hat arrived next day with all tags attached.Quality is evident by visual inspection and feel. It’s not light or flimsy, it’s the perfect weight and thickness. Suede leather cord and bead accents perfectly finish off this summer hat.Extremely pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy again from this brand.

Really attractive hat and love the adjustable head band as I have a smaller head. Very comfortable and offers great sun protection. Love the sea glass themed design.

This is the nicest hat I have ever bought. I was looking for a duck egg blue sun hat as I work outside a lot and the colours in the pattern, make it look duck egg. It is very comfortable and a good fit. I love the beads although I will strengthen the attachment with more cord I think to make sure I don’t lose any. I thought quite a while about buying it and I’m so glad I did!
