Noisy pilot light, but works to heat well.
We bought this for a small room that gets really cold during winter as the wood stove is about 35 ft away with a wall between them. It works great and was easy to install. The only complaint I have is the pilot light is quite noisy. I wish I had a meter that would show me the fuel usage, cause the sound is like it's pumping out the fuel rather quickly. Similar to a weed burner, just not as noisy as one. I find the sound annoying at times, but try to ignore it.

IMHO - radiant heater best choice for bathroom
I purchased a blue flame convection heater for the bathroom. We're off grid with wood heat only. The master bathroom doesn't get much heat from the wood stove. I took out the blue flame convection heater and installed this radiant heater and it works great. Our desire was for a quick warm up or at least a feeling of warmth while toweling off after a shower. This desire was achieved and as a plus this Lost River unit has a thermostatic control...so it cycles on and off. a very good heater.

It puts a lot of heat out. Put nothing near it.
Had this in my camper for two months. Don’t need more the 2 on the settings. It has 5 settings not degrees in temperature. No fumes no headache.

Works great.
I put this in my workshop with the intention of keeping warm enough so glue, latex paint, drywall compound etc would not freeze. The minimum setting keeps the shop at 55 degrees which saves gas and serves its purpose. I piped it to two 20 gallon tanks outside the shop and they run for a about a month. It’s a really great heater for my application.

Kinda cheep looking
It does work, but came with the front had several scratches on it and the box was not damaged so it had to be packed that way. The screws that hold the front on were not the right size and were cut in the middle which made them hard to start. Would not buy again
