So in essence this should fix my iPhone with touch screen issues ?

Yes also Face ID will continue to work as long as you transfer the ear speaker

I bougth this some days ago. i change the screen and it is working but when i was going to install the templed glass, it is broken. what can we do?

Seems like you didn't have the screen secure before pressing on it for the protective glass. Not sure much you can do if it that's the case. You have to make sure the screen is completely closed around all edges when replacing these
