Exciting New Find....
I never thought Iโd be excited about a water cooler. After years of guilt, polluting the planet and worrying about our health from the case after case of plastic bottled water we consumed, I decided to google for an alternative. Who knew there were things called โbottleless water coolers.โ So I researched and finally decided to try a counter top version from a company called Mojo. One of the best decisions I ever made: It arrived last Wednesday and we've been using it constantly thanks to the easy installation as promoted by the company. It is a perfect size for my kitchen (I am obsessed with keeping my countertops uncluttered), it has cold AND hot water, is designed to fill our many sports bottles and car cups to keep with us, the water tastes better than the filtered water from our โfridge, and we donโt have to keep opening it. And although we have a microwave and a Keurig, this allows us to branch out from k cups, and make anything with hot water without having to go the extra step putting it in the microwave. BRILLIANT! Finally, I compared the cost of this to the cost of the cases we purchased each yearโweโll be way ahead.

( I wanted to love this, but things were pretty rough going.
( I wanted this thing FOREVER. I debated and debated and finally jumped on it when I got my tax return. Unfortunately, the filter does exactly squat. I have many issues with the machine--including the valve in the first one leaked, so they sent another one. a little gray teeny tiny plug was missing in the second one--but I had the first one to pull from to fix that. The backs were both dented in slightly and made me think construction quality was an issue. Then, a couple of days after getting it working, it just stopped pulling water. It makes the sound like it's pulling water and sounds like it is; however, when you try to dispense the water, nothing comes out. I wanted to love this thing, and I went farther than I would for most products--but end of the day, I'm buying a reverse osmosis filter and a new water jug for the fridge.

Not worth the headache
I guess I was one of those unlucky ones that had 2 machines break on me. It's not the fact that I received a broken machine (although it's part of it), but it's the fact that it takes so long to get a replacement. I ordered the Mojo and received it on Feb 3rd and had it working for a week when it suddenly died on us. I initially thought it was my outlet but I was able to confirm that the machine totally died on us and wouldn't come back on. I called customer service and they said they would send a replacement. They said they don't do rush orders on the model I have, so it took around 2 weeks to get the replacement. In the meantime my wife and I had to buy jugs of water because we couldn't use the Mojo. When I finally received the replacement machine there were already broken pieces rattling inside, and found out it was the harness that keeps the tank in place. When I turned it on you could hear rattling within the machine, which I thought wasn't that big of a deal... until the machine broke again after a day's use. What a freaking headache. This time the water wasn't being fed into the tank, and I've tried switching out the filter but still no luck. So now we have two useless Mojo's sitting in our living room waiting for the company to send us return boxes. I called customer service again and they said they would send out another one but the model is on backorder so it'll be another couple weeks until I receive the replacement. My wife and I finally decided to save ourselves from this nightmare and asked for my money back. It's already been close to 2 months since I received the original machine and I haven't even got to fully use it. What's even more frustrating is that my wife and I have to keep going out to buy jugs of water while we waited for Mojo to send us replacements. As for the product itself (when it did work), it was just ok. The water dispensed and refilled pretty quickly, but it's a little difficult to press the button to dispense the water. I would always have to instruct my friends on where to press to dispense the water, without having a shotty stream of water. The build feels a little cheap with the cover being plastic and kind of hollow. I wouldn't say this product is worth $400. Not sure if I could recommend this product after what I've been through. Maybe I'm just one of the few unlucky ones, and other people are totally enjoying this product.

Surpassed my expectations!
I have to say the Mini2 has surpassed my very high expectations. I received it about a week ago. It works really well. Both the hot and cold water work perfectly. I particularly like the convenience of the ready-to-serve hot water as it allows me to brew my tea and other hot beverages on the spot! My daughter likes to make instant oatmeal in the morning and this helps her (and me) make her own breakfast!! (and yes the kidโs safety on the hot water is a great feature) Also, it is very well built and feels solid. Installing it was very easy and intuitive.

Sent two back to MOJO, the 3rd worked.
Returned two of these after working with MOJO. The darn system would never refill. Spent a few hours with the manager after the tech people kept having me reset the pressure switch with the system. I hope that it was just back luck on my part. Finally, we were sent a less technical machine that works without fail. It was a Clover model (Clover D1-K Hot and Cold Countertop Bottleless Water Cooler). Beware that the under the sink filters vary even with the same unit (i.e. the snap in housing would not hold the newer filter on my second MOJO system that I had to send back). Don't get me wrong, the people at MOJO tried to help it was just the quality of the machines. Perhaps they have it going smoother today; I wish them luck.

but pretty thrilled with the customer service
This short circuited within two weeks, buuuuttt I was able to get a customer service rep on the phone instantly and they arranged to send a new one right away and made arrangements for me to send the old one back at no cost. Not stoked about the product, but pretty thrilled with the customer service. (especially since other reviews had warned that the support for this product was terrible) The machine itself is also a little fickle. You have to press and hold the buttons just right to get the machine to produce hot and cold water. While it is relatively easy to work once you figure out how to finesse the thing, there is a learning curve and our customers have needed some help operating it.

Excellent Product ~ pure and clean water for your home or office!
I put the machine at my house and my entire family loves it. Installation ~ we paid the $199 so we don't have to worry about it and get it all done professionally. Water quality is amazing. We always used to have those reverse osmosis filters, but they took too much space under the sink and buying all 7 filters was adding up and too expensive. With this machine it's one amazing filter and you are good to go. We have a special meter to measure water quality and it is as good as it can get. Do recommend if you value your health.

Not so good.
Great customer service. First one would not heat water. Sent it back. Received replacement. Same thing. Would not produce hot water.
