I tried this for the first time when I bought it at a retail store and was so excited to find I could order directly from the company through Amazon when I couldn't find it at the retail store again. I added chicken, a little fish sauce and some coconut milk to make it a little thicker. It is super yummy and flavorful by itself or served with some Jasmine rice.

Quarantine has left me craving Thai food, so I gave this pricey red curry a try; I'm really glad I did so! It's very tasty, and worth a splurge; won't be an every day item, but definitely will order again.

I dislike the fact that I purchased this item and I received it with an early expiration date. I purchased the items October 21,2022 items expire January 20,2023.Not GoodLove the product without a doubt, however; please check the dates on all parishables please.Thank you,Loyal customer
