Avene Cicalfate+ Repairing Protective Cream, 40 millilitre

Brilliant cleared up my perioral dermititis a treat... I now use it whenever I have a cold or my skins starts to redden around my mouth or nose. It is a miracle cream. You need a tiny bit under your normal face cream etc. It goes everywhere with me. Highly recommend

This stuff is incredible for sensitive or irritated skin. I've used it to heal sores, small patches of eczema and burns (probably not recommended by the manufacturer or health service but works for me) and it's the only thing that actually helps when my skin's natural barrier is compromised or when I've had an acne breakout that refuses to heal on its own. It's thick and greasy going on but sinks in quickly and leaves the skin feeling soft and moisturised. The switch from the previous metal packaging to a plastic tube is welcome too, since the old one would frequently split and leak. Really pleased to find it on Amazon at a decent price and with prime delivery.

Really nice one. I have atopic dermatitis which leaves my skin overly sensitive to... everything I may apply on it and prone to dryness. This one feels kinda fatty but not clogging my pores, moisturizer well when thiner creams failed. Would definitely buy again.

I really enjoyed using this as my night moisturiser apart from 1 small thing, the smell. The smell was a little metallic but I can look past that because it helped my skin recover after I irritated my skin. It is a very thick moisturiser so I recommend you only use it at night if you have oily skin like me. I tried using it as my morning moisturiser but my skin got quite oily by the end of the day which is understandable. I used this all over my face including my eye area and it worked great, you can also use it as a spot treatment if you have a particularly irritated spot.

I used this cream to treat my red and dry skin, after a few days I could see the difference. The texture is a bit thick which is good for the moisturising part but it is absorbed by my skin which I prefer. My skin feels smoother and moisturised. I do not use everyday but only when necessary.

Si te haces la depilación láser, esta crema Avène Cicalfate+ es un imprescindible. La compré específicamente para las rojeces e irritaciones post-láser y los resultados me han dejado alucinada. Mi experiencia real: • Recuperación ultra rápida: Salí de la sesión con la piel súper roja y sensible, me la puse y en cuestión de 2 horas la piel ya había vuelto a su estado normal. Es increíble lo rápido que calma el ardor. • Textura protectora: Al ser un poco densa, crea una capa que protege la zona sensibilizada, evitando que el roce de la ropa moleste. • Cero irritación: No escuece absolutamente nada, lo cual es de agradecer cuando tienes la piel "quemada" por el tratamiento. • Reparación profunda: No solo quita lo rojo, sino que notas que la piel se regenera de verdad, evitando que salgan granitos o pequeñas costras. Veredicto: Es maravillosa. Si tienes la piel reactiva o te haces tratamientos estéticos agresivos, no te lo pienses. Es el mejor calmante que he probado y el alivio es casi instantáneo.
