Easy to install
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, fancy looking and workes perfectly. Worth for money

Stylish mixer tap
Everything went well. I had it fitted by a plumber but the installation went smoothly. It looks great and the quality is better than I expected. The sprayer function works well and fully retracts after use which was my concern. I can definitely recommend this tap.

Great tap, looks smart, but fell apart
I love this tap and it looks great. Can’t comment on the install as I had it professionally installed… but after a few months of very light use (in a utility so not used every day) the tap head fell off the pipe inside and water went all over the inside of the cupboard underneath. I fixed it but it happened again a while later. Now sending my original tap back (for full refund) which is a shame as I loved it, but I will risk it and get another one the same as I can’t find one I like as much for a similar price elsewhere.

Defective
I brought this tap as a tester to see if it was worth me buying 12 more to fit in all my rental properties but although I was impressed with the look and feel of it. When I first opened it, there was already water in the pipes, and then I discovered the the internal fittings was leaking. I’m pleased I didn’t by all 13 at once. I recommend you spend the extra money and get a better quality one.

Attractive and efficient
Seems very good quality and great value. Works better that our previous Franke expensive tap Cannot comment on fitting as we used a plumber

Fell apart, if it’s own accord with 9 months of very limited use (utility room)
The hose fell back through the tap unit and had to be completely dismantled to reinstall. The internal plumbing leaked also and then shower head fell off under its own weight. Connections very poor quality. Got a few months use at probs about one/ twice a week. I wanted cheap for utility room, but not a flood risk.

Excellent kitchen tap with brilliant features.
Excellent tap with a brilliant flow and the handy pull out head to rinse dishes with ease. Looks more expensive than it was, only one grumble is you have to have enough room under your sink for the weight to be able to pull the head back in. Simple to fit just make sure you have a bit of room for the weight to move up and down freely. Very happy

Love the look, but low water pressure.
Really happy with the look of it, and the spray facility, but had to have two different plumbers to put it in place, as the first one couldn't work out how the weight worked etc. Enjoying using it, but in the non spray mode, the water pressure is irritatingly low.
