Great flavor and gluten free
My preferred, go to option for an instant gluten free au jus mix has decided to discontinued their product. This is a delightful and delicious substitute, though perhaps not quite as convenient as the scoopable product which came in a reclosable container. That said, I use it frequently enough to warrant clipping the envelope closed after adding what I need, and putting it into a resealable container of my own.

GF friendly and tasty!
I read several other reviews and worried I would not get the 12 bags as advertised. All of it was there! It was super quick and easy to make. For a Gluten Free household it was enjoyed greatly and will buy again in the future

In addition to making great au jus, it is phenomenal to just add a little sprinkle to anything that can benefit from a little extra rich flavor. Got a frozen dinner with a lifeless sauce? Try adding a little of this... miraculous!

Got one package
The au jus was fine but when you order it says 12 packages for $40 something. I received one package instead of 12. I immediately wrote Amazon and they refunded my money but I would not order this again for that reason.

Ease of use
This product is lower in sodium than most and tastes better. I use it to make my own “meal in a box” recipes to use for travel. I store it in vacuum bags so there is no glass jar to worry about breaking and it stays fresh

Great gluten free Au Jus. Makes an excessive amount for two people so we end up having French dips for 2 weeks straight.
