Very high in the back, so if you use a no so tall Shoe maybe will be a little unconfortableBut if you use a normal shoe are very very confortable

I always buy these for my composite toe work shoes as they are the best cushion insoles I have found. They last a long time and I stand all day long. They're like walking on a cloud.
