This is my holy grail supplement, it is a miracle worker yet so simple, it’s just magnesium lol. I’ve been taking it for months now at night before bed, for bloating and digestion issues & it has flattened my stomach & gotten rid of so many bloating issues I was dealing with for years that nothing else seemed to helped. It’s been like a reset for my body. I also did use some exercise & some diet changes as well when I started taking this but haven’t always been consistent with those and I still feel like a new person with this supplement. Stomach bloating was so uncomfortable for so long & this has shifted that for me. It also shows me what foods or drinks will bloat my stomach & makes it easier for me to know what not to eat. I can tell within a couple mins of eating something or drinking something if my stomach doesn’t like it & then I just stop eating it. There have been times where I did keep eating and the supplement still does its job, but I like to listen to my body as much as possible. So this supplement is my holy grail & the most beneficial supplement in my routine. My stomach always stuck out more because of bloating but not anymore.

I've been using the Zahler magnesium citrate for quite awhile now, and I've been really pleased with it. I no longer get awakened with leg cramps, which was sometimes a problem before. And I appreciate the capsule form, which I can swallow easily. Overall, this is a terrific product. I've also been very pleased with the marketplace seller, as my product always arrives properly sealed and in great shape.

This product is fantastic. My mother’s physical therapist recommended she buy Magnesium Citrate because the regular magnesium was giving her problems. She decided on this product and was so pleased with it she told me to get some. It’s a great fit for me. I have health issues and magnesium can exacerbate my condition. This product does not at all, and gives me the magnesium I need to stop the muscle spasms that I get. I’m grateful for this and look forward to purchasing more of this product in the future!

This is my second time to order Zahler Magnesium. I find this product has more actual magnesium then others. Plus easier to swallow with absolutely no after taste. I like how the capsule can be opened in case you need to add it to food rather than pill form. There is the filler magnesium stearate in the list of ingredients so be aware of that in case of previous reactions. I don't mind it. I take a separate D3 supplement but would like to see some zinc in this formula just to help with absorption. Other than that I am very pleased with the results I have from taking this supplement daily.
