Great quality and price!
It's hard to say if these supplements do the job without taking blood or bone density tests, but I haven't experienced any adverse side effects or discomfort when taking them. I also appreciate that the levels of vitamin D are adequate enough to assist digestion without putting me over recommended allowances.Packaging is great, quality of the capsules is great, no weird flavours or anything, and the price is brilliant!
