Perfect fit!
These work perfectly with my Elvie double pump. The pump came with multiple flange sizes, all too big for me. This works with any of them to adapt them to my size- painless pumping sessions with great output.

Comfortable for the Pumping Mama!
I had looked around for silicone flange inserts for pumping when baby 2 arrived this past summer; these did not disappoint!I didn’t have silicone flange inserts with our first and that really hindered my motivations for pumping because of how uncomfortable it was for me. I was determined this second time around to be successful pumping. These Maymom inserts made pumping comfortable for me! Easy to clean and soft silicone material. I did also use a pumping lubricant with these silicone flange inserts. Fit in both my portable pump flanges and my stationary pump flanges. Best piece of advice; make sure you measure your nipple size correctly! That along with these soft inserts can go a long way for a mama’s pumping journey.

Worked Perfectly
Needed these to put inside my 24mm flanges and they fit like a glove, so easy to use. It closed the suction and was much more comfortable with my nipples. I used them inside both my momcozy pumps as well as my motif pump. The silicone is very high quality and easy to clean with a little soap and water. Best bang for your buck, highly recommend!

Saved my breastfeeding life!
I have an Ameda Mya pump and from my beginning my flanges were too big. The pump only came with 24-mm flanges and at the start of breastfeeding this time (this is my second child, I had pumped for 14 months with my older daughter) I ordered the 21-mm flanges. Those worked for months of pumping 3-4 times a day, but when my daughter turned 9 months, I noticed my pumping output suddenly decreased to a point that I was not pumping the equivalent of what my daughter drinks at daycare in a day. I first thought that the valves needed to be replaced and that didn't help. Then I tried to boost my supply by eating oatmeal, but no such luck. After some research, I realized that my flanges were much too big. Unfortunately, Ameda does not make anything smaller than the 21-mm flanges. I found this insert on Amazon and decided to give it shot. Immediately my output improved. I am back to pumping enough (and then some). These inserts fit into the 24-mm flanges that came with the Ameda Mya pump. I have to really shove them in there and it's a tight squeeze, but they fit. My old con for this product (and reason for 4 stars) is the inserts are opaque and it is hard to see the alignment of the nipple within the flange. I kinda have to feel it out to make sure nothing is rubbing on the sides, because it is not easy to see. Otherwise, I am overjoyed that I found this product and I can keep up with pumping for the time being.

Amazing for pumping
The media could not be loaded. I have two sets of these and they are amazing. They fit in my Elvie stride and my spectra S2 pump. These are a game changer and help me so much with out put and comfort.

Ripped yet still 5 star- USE LUBE
I was so excited to get these because I have small and stretchy nips (as in 10mm before pumping and 12mm) so pumping with the smallest flange for my Spectra (20mm) was rather painful. Spectra, like all pump companies, doesn't sell small enough flanges for us small nipple people and after purchasing the smallest ones they do sell I was still having my nip ripped off on the lower machine settings so I was delighted when I found Maymom.Maymom is the only company out there that is making these smaller sizes flanges and inserts that actually work. They seem to be the only ones that truly care about all mommies.Beng that I'd already bought so much this month I got the flange inserts rather than the replacement flanges, simply because they are cheaper and I plan to use them on my Elvie when it comes in so not a waste if I decide to buy the Maymom replacement flanges later. I also figured they would provide my sore, cracked, stretched nipples some relief being made of silicone. So here I was Uber excited the evening they arrived. I get them washed and use them. They were very difficult to get to slide all the way in so it's no surprise that they were near impossible to remove. While trying to removed them I followed the directions to a T and even reread them to make sure when the inserts wouldn't budge. I'm tugging and twisting, twisting and tugging and boom one ripped. Luckily these were for my 24mm flanges so I still had my 20mm flanges to fall back on. I stopped right then and messaged the company to see if they can help me get them free and to let them know about the damaged product. They suggested that I carefully follow the directions but they also offered me a refund to repurchase and suggested that depending on the extent of the damage I could continue to use them. In addition, they informed me that they are working on this and will let me know when the new design becomes available. Wow, what a company to fully back their product. I will certainly be buying from them again. (I have my eye on the two piece 15mm replacement flanges that will better fit me and will be easier to get apart and clean. Plus, I'll need new inserts for my other pump)Anywho, while talking to my hubby about the stuck insert issue it occurred to me that I have coconut oil which I am using as nip lube and it's very viscous with a low melting point. So I warmed some and dripped it between the flange and insert by lifting the edge of the inserts. Then, using a dry paper towel to prevent slippage, I followed the grab, twist, pull directions again and pow, they popped free! From then on I've applied the coconut oil preumptively.I also learned, purely on accident in my sleepy stupor one night , that the oil works better if rubbed onto the outside of the insert rather than on the flange tube.I still think one of my flange inserts is defective because I've had them a week and one has several small chunks that have come off while the other, removed and inserted exactly the same, is in perfect condition. However, I can't complain being that I was refunded and can now repurchase them. All in all, I feel this company truly cares about their customers and is working towards profecting their product even though they already provide a one of a kind convenience. This level of service and care for their customers is how this four star product earned a five star review from me.I would recommend them to others with the advice to USE LUBE (and a dry cloth or paper towel for grip during removal) and they are perfect.

Good quality
Helped make my Elvie stride work better since the flanges that come with it were huge!

17mm inserts
I like these inserts but they do not work for allflanges. These were way too big for my 24mm spectra flanges. However, they work well for my Elvie stride and Medela flanges. Also note that they are pretty thick, so I have to use higher suction to get decent output. Not my favorite 17mm flanges.
