I bought a 24 oz Polar Bottle at a local bike shop & liked it so much that I bought another here on Amazon (no color choices at store) plus a small one from Polar Bottle store itself, along with extra caps & handles. I don't understand many of the complaints. I fill it to top with ice cubes & add water. I bike ride daily 2-3 hours & lately it's been humid, high 70s/low 80s. The little bit of water that's been left has been ICE cold after 3 hours even though ice itself is gone. This is not a metal-insulated bottle, so no, it doesn't work like a Yeti & doesn't claim to. It's plastic & foam so of course it's not going to keep something cold for hours on end. The store site tells about how they're made which no one seems to have read. Others complained about it being too hard to drink from. If the nozzle is PROPERLY pulled up, there is no need to squeeze it at ALL with the sports cap. Others said it's hard to clean when the cap & nozzle easily twist apart for cleaning & all you need are the cleaning tablets if inside bottle gets nasty! People don't read information or pay attention to descriptions apparently. For me the only thing disappointing is the coloring as it's covered by foggy white layer that doesn't let colors show through as shown in representational photos. That's the only con for me. But for my use, this bottle is great & works exactly the same as another bottle I have (different brand 21 oz) that cost twice as much. I also dropped mine hard a few times while riding - no damage, no leaks. Very happy with the 3 I have!

Overall, while the spout could be more convenient, I’m really happy with the Polar Bottle. I've used many insulated water bottles in the colorado heat while cycling. Often 95+ temps. These hold cool water just as long as name brand products like CamelBak or others. These are hard to beat for the price but I was questioning whether they would keep water cold for just as long and they do. They are just as good as the camelbak bottles that cost the same or higher for a single water bottle. So don't feel like you're getting a cheap product, these work JUST as good. That said I don't think that these have amazing ability to keep things cold. If I ride my bike for 120 minutes even with ice these bottles will be warm in 90 degree heat. But so are all competitors.

If you're searching for bottles and looking through the different types and different types of lids, just be aware that while this is a great high-quality bottle in all other regards, the suction from the tip of the lid is EXTREMELY strong, making a very loud noise and almost hurting my lips to drink from. Being able to squeeze the bottle helps a little, but otherwise, your only choice is to have the bottle suction your lips tightly and make extremely loud kissy sounds every single sip of water. And if you take the lid off, the opening of the bottle is so small that the other end of the opening hits your nose, so you can't comfortably drink from it with the lid off either. I was looking for a versatile bottle that I could take on the go but also have with me during class to drink, and this bottle is so loud every sip that having it in a calm or quiet place or a classroom would not work at all. This is likely common to similar bottles of this type, so it is not at all the fault of the manufacturer (which is why I'm not taking off stars) but for the situations I wanted to use it in, it was unusable.

I saw a guy at the dog park with a Gatorade squeeze bottle surrounded by all the dogs waiting their turn to have water squeezed into their mouths. I'm not a fan of my dog drinking out of the community dog bowls....especially when little Diego over there is standing in it. So thought...I'm gonna get one of those bottles. Found this one online and bought it. Then...I went on a backpacking trip and wanted a bottle to mix electrolytes in. So I took this. It was perfect, especially with the carrying handle that I could strap to my pack with a carabiner. This doesn't keep anything cold (its two layers of plastic with a piece of colorful foil in between)...but it serves its purpose and is used regularly! It's held up without fail, holds the right amount of water, and looks pretty. No complaints!

Although this bottle didn't meet expectations, it is still a decent water bottle. I like the handle, the tight-closing lid, and the spout; it is easy to squeeze when drinking. However, after filling it with ice and water, condensation and coldness were visible on the outside surface within 30 minutes. The contents will stay cold for a while, but the ice will melt after a couple of hours (used during the summer). I've had similar bottles that hold the cold better. I'll keep this bottle as a backup. Consider another brand or a hard-shell bottle if you need something that'll hold the ice and cold for a longer time.

Conserva bem a água gelada e tem uma boa construção, material de boa qualidade. Cuidado com o tamanho, pois eu ia comprar duas dessas e fui verificar que na minha bicicleta não cabia na posição vertical, só na horizontal, ai foi só uma mesmo . Comprei uma de 700ml e outra de 500ml.
