I really like this yoga mat. It feels thick and comfortable, with enough cushioning to make workouts and stretching much more comfortable. The surface has a good grip, so I feel stable while doing different exercises. I also like that it rolls up easily and comes with a carrying strap, witch makes it convenient to take to the gym or anywhere else. The material feels durable and the size gives me plenty of room to move . Overall, it’s a practical and comfortable mat that I would definitely recommend

I'm 5'11 and fit laying down on this perfectly, it's super comfortable. not soft that you sink in, but not hard that it hurts no different if you were on the floor, perfect thickness and density. The grip is fantastic as well, No issue with it sliding around. Color blue is nice and soft, and it's easy to clean as well just like you'd hope from any yoga mat to just take a alcohol cloth and just wipe it down.

Pretty impressed with this yoga mat for the price. I take a lot of hot classes (hot Pilates and hot athlete) and needed something that was slip resistant and easy on my bony knees. This is it. It is a little narrower than I would like but it’s comfortable and it’s nice to not have my mat slip around or to not be slipping and sliding with all my sweat. It does stain pretty easily which I’m not a fan of and there is a horrid petroleum type smell that hasn’t yet dissipated after a week of use and cleaning regularly.

ヨガマット5代目ぐらいですが、こちらの商品は初めて買いました。 滑りにくく、167cmの私でも寝っ転がったり、開脚してもはみ出さず気持ちよく使えています(^^) 色も可愛い！分厚すぎると使っていくうちのヘタレや、傷の心配、筋トレをする時はポジションが逆に取りづらかったりするのでこの厚みが私的にはベストでした👌
