it is really not slip! very grasping. The cover is unusable - almost impossible to put the mat back. Had to through it out the first day... The mat itself is a very good quality.

ヨガマット5代目ぐらいですが、こちらの商品は初めて買いました。 滑りにくく、167cmの私でも寝っ転がったり、開脚してもはみ出さず気持ちよく使えています(^^) 色も可愛い！分厚すぎると使っていくうちのヘタレや、傷の心配、筋トレをする時はポジションが逆に取りづらかったりするのでこの厚みが私的にはベストでした👌
