Perfect cup for a low cervix
This is the best cup for a low cervix. The first time you use it will feel questionable. It does not unfold like regular cups but slowly opens as it fills. It's so comfortable and has a huge capacity

My cervix is too low for cups I think in general
I can’t get this to work my circus is still so low but I did use it to soak my piercings. This is good for most. If your cervix is too low maybe a disk but this would probably work for most with a low cervix. Works but hangs way too low on me.

Great for a low cervix
I decided to purchase based on the fact that it would work for a low cervix AND heavy flow! It's very hard to find cups that are short and hold a lot, and I needed that especially for night time. It has now become my favorite cup and the other 3 I had hit the trash. I just ordered a second one to have a backup if I happen to start while out and about. It's soft, but not too soft, easy to insert with a simple punch down fold. I only wish they had other options for less capacity which would make it a little smaller width wise like 40mm because it does push on my bladder while wearing and that can become slightly irritating at times.

Too finicky
When it works it barely works, I have used this for a couple cycles and today I woke up and it was upside down, I had placed it securely (at least I had thought so) and woke up with the opening almost completely facing the floor. I have been using reusable cups for years and have never had this many problems with a cup.

Life saver for those with heavy flow and low cervix
I got the Merula because after having kids "bell" shaped cups were suddenly too long, despite fitting perfectly before my pregnancies. The Merula is amazing, firm enough that it's popping open with no issue but soft enough that you just don't feel it once it's in place. No more "egg laying" sensation halfway through the day! I can easily dump this only twice a day.

First menstrual cup
This was the first menstrual cup I tried and it worked great and is easy to apply. And the pull string thing is adjustable.

Great for those with low/tilted cervix!
Great for folks with a low or tilted cervix. The only critique is I wish it had a little bit more capacity, but I know that's usually the trade-off with a low cervix cup.

Too much suction
The shape is right, but there is no small holes at the top. This makes the suction insanely strong which hurts my cervix and makes me cramp. Haven’t used it again.

Challenge to place when don't know how, suits not everyone
The cup is if good quality, but I couldn't use it for a long time. To place and replace it was always struggle, sometimes I felt pain and it leaks when placed not good. That's why I chose menstrual disk and happy about that.

Great for people with low cervix!
I have a very low cervix and find the cup perfect for me! Bcs of my low cervix, i don’t really have much space for a high capacity cup and this is the highest capacity cup available for people with low cervix. I can last max 4 hours on my heaviest day but that’s just bcs i have quite a heavy flow. I find the ladder stem super helpful for removal! DO NOT remove the ladder stem completely! Bcs the base of the cup is very rounded and smooth with no grippy texture, it would be really hard to get a hold of without the ladder stem.
