Great for a small child
The arms will not tighten enough to stay in place and flop around when hit. Also, after filling completely full of water, it still moves quite a bit. Would be great for a child but not an adult seriously training. The spring mechanism for the ball works well but overall my 16 year old boxer beat it to death in 2 seconds!

good for practicing combos and getting a sense of how people move.
love the gloves on the hands and concept of multiple targets on springs. 10/10 on design maybe perfect if it had a chest pad but something can be rung up pretty quickly.

When using this think just use your imagination when it comes to doing combinations.
I love this product it takes some getting used to but aside from that its great for working on your combinations/ technique plus your reflexes.

Missing hardware/horrible material
This is poorly made, materials for the ball are very hard but looks and feels like it will crack. Also came with missing all the hardware to assemble. Very disappointing.

Great alternative to a training partner.
If you’re like me and your boxing days are behind you but you still love hitting the mitts and the heavy bag has become boring. Or no sparring partner. Get this product. Only advice is to use dumbbells or barbells to keep it from sliding away.

Not made for heavy punching and kicking
The first day I had it, I threw some combinations in the arm plastic seem to split on the left side. I’m going to attempt to put a piece of metal in ther. Excellent for light hitting and shadow boxing, and that big moves on the arms they need to improve the material from plastic to something sturdier.

not good for combinations
this is great for practicing technique & coordination. don't expect to throw combinations on the arms because they will move with minimum force. the head is sturdy & that's about it.

Good for Ages under 10
I’m glad we bought this but I must admit filling it was a project and my son is 10. He knocks it. So it needs to be heavy. We did the sand water mix from homedepot.

The paper that tells you how to assemble doesn’t have much information and is extremely confusing

Easy to put together great for home workouts for timing not heavy power workouts but speed and accuracy

Missing the cross link that join the two arm
Missing the cross link with the two springs that join the two arm.. so these two arm are not useful. Seriously I don’t know why and other reviews already mentioned that! I got some of my money back and I ended up with the one reflex ball and for the review it’s not bad feel nice with boxing gloves and the anchor mechanic is ok and stay for the boxing and kicking after you fill all with sand and use the sucking cups on smooth surface

Good training aid
Works well as a training aid, good for hand speed and coordination, not intended to be hit like a heavy bag, quality seems to be holding up well after several sessions.
