This is a powerful formula, especially when used with Dr. Christopher’s lower bowel formula. Start out slowly as it’s very detoxify and can make you tired and out of sorts. If you use too much too soon it miraculously cleanses the body better than anything I’ve used.

It didn't take much for me to be out of breath. After taking the Blood Stream Formula I noticed I wasn't out of breath all the time. I ran out of the Blood Stream Formula and I was also out of breath. I immediately got another bottle and I started feeling better in a day or two. I only take one capsule a day, because it will detox your system.

I generally like DC products, but this one I'm a bit shaky on. I do think it's doing it's job, but it's at the expense of my comfort. Lots of stomach pain and fatigue. I would be careful with these.
