Let me preface by explaining why I purchased this. I had my ovaries removed four months ago and after I got the hot flashes under control, I began noticing the crazy changes in mood, especially deep dives into intense sadness. I wanted an alternative to a prescribed anti-depressant and thus began my search for a well-rounded herbal remedy. While this product is somewhat pricey, it's the only one that offers the combination of herbs I was in search for.I began taking this three weeks ago and honestly I noticed an improvement in my overall feeling of well-being by the fifth day. As the days have proceeded, I realized I wasn't experiencing the sadness that had rushing over me (this might sound dramatic, but the depth of the sadness was overwhelming, and, not normal for me). Before asking my doctor for prescription antidepressant medication, I decided to try food/herb medicine first, since I hadn't tried that either. I was taking a prescription anti-depressant said to help with fibromyalgia pain. Since I still had fibromyalgia pain, I wanted to discontinue Cymbalta but every time I stopped, I had dizziness, this weird rustling sound when I moved my eyes from side to side, and extreme fatigue. I bought this product to help the weaning. It did! It's been about two weeks. Aretha Franklin and John McCain passed away, and I could cry! I didn't realize how much Cymbalta repressed my normal, healthy emotions. I also can laugh more, and have way more energy. I recommend it but only with a doctor's support in case it doesn't work for you. WE REALLY ARE ALL UNIQUE.

I purchased this for my mom who suffers from moderate to severe depression who unfortunately was unable to get her prescribed antidepressants for approx 3mo. I desperately searched for more affordable options and found this. After reading the reviews and doing a little research on the internet I figured it was worth a shot. Within 2-3 days she woke up telling me this stuff works. Long story short, she saw her MD a month later, showed him the bottle and he said its "the old fashion way" but it's ok to take as long as it was working.

I loved the fact that this was a natural product. I took the pill at night which helped me to ease my mind and I woke up in a better mood. I was able to get through most of my day without feeling down or being in a bad funk. After the first week of taking Enlifta I began to feel like doing my normal daily activities where as before I would be depressed and feeling down and thinking about life's problems. I wouldn't hardly eat anything and after the first week of taking Enlifta my appetite slightly picked back up. I didn't regain a full appetite until about 3 weeks of taking Enlifta. Enlifta definitely helped with remaining calm and not overthinking about everything. As oppose to being wrapped up in my covers in a room by myself I started to feel up to being around my family again and watching tv and have more connection and interactions with family and close friends.

I don’t believe in drugs., but I was getting tired of my mood swings. I don’t know if I’m bipolar or depressed. Or both. I decided to try these, and damb if they didn’t make a huge difference. I honestly couldn’t believe this was all it took. But it was, and I’m not 💯,but I’d say 98% . So glad this product is available.

Very impressed with this, I didn't have high hopes for it but I am already seeing improvement after only a week. Things that I haven't wanted to do in months are suddenly appealing again, when I would normally skip breakfast as too much work I made scrambled eggs and bacon this morning without a second thoughg . My whole world seems lighter like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. If it keeps working like it has been I will definitely be buying this again
