Dear Chicology, I was not 100% satisfied with your company.I have made two orders with you in the past year. Both times there have been issues with the orders.The first order in June of 2018, we made the error of ordering the wrong color. When we returned the blinds, excellent service!! The new blinds were delivered quickly. However there was no hardware included for one of the blinds. When the hardware was sent, there were parts missing. We finally got the parts and the blinds look great!The second order on March 12, 2019, I ordered 6 blinds that were supposed to be Chelsea White but we received White instead. The boxes were clearly marked white. It would have been a big hassle to return them and we would not have received the replacements in time. They were needed for a church event that is happening tonight, March 30th. Although the white ones are ok for the room, it was disappointing to not have the off-white color that we were expecting.Having said that about the dis-satification of the accuracy of the orders, we really do like the blinds' construction and looks.

These blinds honestly look great. Very impressed when I put them up on my window. However, I have a few reservations and not sure if I’ll keep them.First the are VERY heavy. You have to pull fairly hard to get them to pull down and I’m worries they’ll pull out of the wall after a while.Second, when the blinds are pushed up, they’re not even from the side view. They either slide back towards the window or fall forward into the room (see pics). Adjusting the slant angle has no impact on this.

These blinds were easy for my husband to put up by himself. They fit great and look even better - from inside and outside. I love that they have no cord for raising them up and letting them down. They very easily and smoothly glide up without much effort and come back down just as nice. I feel they are a great value, especially since they come in pre-made sizes I could not get in other brands without making a custom order and spending a lot more money. I highly recommend these blinds!

So far I really like these vs the 1 inch vinyl blinds that my dog has dominated a couple of times. I did an inside mount and put them as close to window as possible to try to prevent dog from damaging. They are very sturdy, probably 5 times heavier the the cheap vinyl 1" blind I used to have. They are very easy to get to move up and down and can easily be done with 1 hand. It came with a center support which i decided against using because it felt very sold as is and my window isn't that wide at 45", there was no sign if droop it fatigue in center, though on larger widths i could see this being required. Very easy install, even if i did use center support it still would have been very easy. A very fast person can get it done in 10 mins if they wanted to. I prefer just going my own speed so it was probably 15 or 20 minutes which including texting and taking pictures as well as clean up. They do a really solid job blocking light for blinds. Not at blackout curtain levels but as person could easily day sleep with these in my opinion. Overall, my initial thoughts are that it's a great set of blinds, they met my hopeful expectations and exceeded a couple as well. I like the 2 inch blind because the larger gaps from each blind slay send like it allows more light to come through when they are open and as I previously mentioned, they do a great job keeping light out when closed. Highly recommend, my mom is even getting a couple of sets after she saw how much I liked them, so I am really glad for the easy installations because she will make me put them up for her as well.

At first I was not happy that my shipment was delivered to a wrong address and I had to find it and drive 7 miles to pick it up. But that's probably not the fault of the manufacturer. Once I received the blinds I went right on YouTube and pulled up the installation instructions. After that it was up and 'shading' in about b15 minutes. No skills nor special tools required.The material seems very rigid and easy to clean.They look and work great!

I bought one set to see what they were like. We want to use in my bakery to keep the bright sun out during the afternoon and to let people know when we were open and closed. We weren't sure about the quality and how they would look. We received them fairly quickly and just recently put them up. We love them! They are excellent quality, easy to install and a great color. We will be ordering 3 more as we have 4 windows in the front of the shop. These do not have a pull string which threw us off for a few seconds until we figured out you simply pull down or push up on the blinds to open and close. The look great and appear to be pretty sturdy. I will update my review if we have any issues in the next few months. As of right now, 5 stars all the way.Update: I ordered two more of these same exact blinds. The valance is different, the brackets are different and they have more yellow to them when compared to previously ordered blinds. Chelsea White was ordered on all three orders (4 blinds total) and the last two sets are different. We cannot return them at this point. We have been waiting for the last several months for these to come back in stock and the bakery is set to open. We will just install them and hope my OCD doesn't stare at them and see the two different colors. I only knocked off one star because I still feel they are of good quality.

Purchased these blinds for our new (old) home. They were so easy to install and they look great! I like them so much I ordered another one. As we renovate I’m sure we will order more.

These blinds were easy to install, fit the window as described and are easy to use. They move up and down freely and easily, love that they are cordless since we have young children. Would order again!
