When assembling do i fit pad to chair first then legs. i am really struggling with my first one i’ve fitted legs first i can’t line pad up?

I can’t actually remember but mine had instructions that I followed. Pad was difficult to line up at first but just keep moving it until it fits over the slots. Maybe turn it 180 degrees, sometimes what seems right isn’t. Mine did go together very neatly in the end. Good luck

Do these have a warranty or guarantee with them?

I have no idea but it is a very good quality comfortable chair

Do these chairs conform to the furniture and furnishings regulations 1988 and have the appropriate labels for the uk?

Yes they came with safety labels
