Are the ends very secure? Are they detachable?

Worked great until the stick snapped. The ends however were stuck very well!

Are these suitable to ear cleaning? Are the ends of the bud secure?

Yes absolutely , we are very happy with our purchase

Did I just read that the stick is made of nylon? and they call the product sustainable

I dont know about nylon. Mine snapped like a cocktail stick.
