1.8 Metre Tepee Trellis Obelisk, Metal Outdoor Climbing Plant Support, Weather Resistant (1)

I'm generally very pleased with the quality of this Obelisk and it looks better once erected. The 4 loose legs took some effort to position but the advantage is that they are good for uneven slopes as they can be adjusted backwards and forwards until the obelisk is level. The instructions state that the legs must not be hammered but to be honest it was the only way I could get them deep enough in the ground for stability. I covered the ends with padding and used a rubber mallet, this thankfully stopped the connectors from being damaged.

I love my teepee. I'm growing ornamental gourds up it at the moment and it looks lovely. There is precious little 'assembly' and, having slotted in the legs, you just push it into the ground but to remember this will shorten it by about 5-6 inches from the given height. It's a shame they don't make them just a wee but longer but it still gets 5 stars from me.

Have now bought three of these for some black metal containers & different climbers. Very easy to put together & look good. Only downside is the uprights are quite smooth, could do with some texture to help the climbers cling on rather than having to tie them.

Really strong and excellent quality with four struts. It can be reduced down to half the size for storage. Very impressed with strength and how well it stands on its own. I have mine supporting a plant in a pot and it looks excellent.

Just perfect for growing a few sweet peas up and looks so attractive. Well made and I will look after it an take it indoors for the Winter. Just love it!
