Amazing performance-to-price ratio
This little wonder is so great. I'm using it with Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS and have the root partition and UEFI bootloader installed on it. My home directory and swap are on the traditional HDD. System boot-up time is about 11 seconds (to login screen) and disk reads from this are about 450 MB/s. The only issue that I had with this is the screw provided for locking the mSATA drive down to the motherboard was too small for my laptop. I also think that I should have gone with the 64 GB version since I'm already at 50% usage. This is well worth the investment so buy it!

CRAZY FAST
Super small, crazy fast. I install Windows 8.1 entirely to this drive, then use "Link Shell Extension" to create "Symbolic Links" to folders such as Downloads, desktop, pictures, dropbox, etc. as needed. Makes the computers boot in seconds and run and open programs and apps instantly. Incredible speed improvement for affordable price!

Great SSD for the Price
Bought this for a small Celeron processor board. Plugged the card into the slot and turned the system on. Linux recognized it immediately. I loaded Mint Linux on this SSD and can boot the system in 17 seconds now. The read and write performance is more then adequate for my needs with Linux. I would recommend this SSD for OS and application files. Great for low power systems too. Oh and it comes with the two screws to mount it as well.

great product but need larger size to allow install of win8
works awesome with my HP pavilion after installing Windows 7 on it my laptop starts instantly like a chromebook now !!! I would recommend this upgrade to anyone else who is annoyed by the long wait for boot up in Windows Xp, or 7 and wants their system to be superfast and able to multitask of recall previous programs quickly direct from memory rather than a slow hard drive !!!

SSD Replacement for 2" HDD
Unfortunately, the photo doesn't help you realize how small this SSD actually is in real life. That's OK though. The price was more than reasonable and I purchased an adapter to make it work. I haven't seen any performance issues at all. It works great.

Great for NUC and other small form factor computers
This sad is both fast and super compact. I used one for my NUC set top box and it works extremely well. Very fast boot up and obviously quiet operation.

Complete failure before 1 year of use.
Suddenly the drive stop working within the first year. The BIOS does not recognize ir anymore. It was not a good choice.
