Ceresota Unbleached Forever All Purpose Flour 25lb bag

Arrived in April 2020, expiration date October 2021. Bag was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in snug box. Completely intact and undamaged on arrival. No sign of mold or insect infestation, but given the reviews claiming presence of bugs, I put the flour in the freezer for a week before using it, which is supposed to kill all stages (eggs, larvae, adults) of insects that get into flour. So far I have used it to make two loaves of bread, cookies, and brownies, all with excellent results. Couldn't be happier.

Very nice flour, my bread is tasting better than ever! Yes, the price is high but the quality is superior of what I regularly buy from the supermarket plus with the current stay at home there was no flour anywhere in town. The flour arrived sooner than expected.

The product arrived ahead of time according to the promised delivery date. It arrived in a USPS flat-rate box. Inside the box was a paper bag containing the flour, which was in turn sealed inside a heavy plastic bag. It arrived in good condition. The flour was clean, with no mould, and no insects. It works well to bake simple bread. I have zero complaints.

Exactly as shown. Bakes great. Made sourdough with it and fried chicken. Came within a few days of ordering during the lockdown. Reasonable price, and not jacked like other flours online. I will order again.

Arrive in a box so shippment went perfect. It worked well for bread. Its non organic so possibility that is was sprayed for pest control.

I saw a couple reviews that complained of the bag being torn open and the product moldy. We didn't experience that. The 25 lb bag was packed in a cardboard box and arrived intact. The box was a bit beaten up, but no damage to the bag of flour. It's resting in our freezer now, so I can't say anything about how the flour performs. Shrug. It's flour; the important thing is the baker.

Can't believe the store shelves have been cleaned out of flour! Ended up ordering this 25# bag but since I use 1000g (>4 #) of flour each time I bake, it's going faster than I thought. So far have made 3 batches of sourdough and they've come out great. The price seemed a little high but I guess it's a consequence of supply and demand. Those of you pondering this purchase but have never bought so much at one time, consider a new bucket with a lid from HD or Lowe's to store the stuff.

I am in love with this flour!! It makes the bread I’ve been making more fluffy and the end product is absolutely beautiful!! I had no problem with the box or bag being damaged, they both arrived in great shape. I would highly recommend this flour!!
