It’s easy to assemble. Only have a small garden. Perfect for me to relax in also for great Grandchildren to use as a small pool. I’ve had 2 of similar size. One lasted 18months , the second developed a fault almost immediately, leaking from the pipes and unit. Company had gone bust. No parts available when it packed in completely in 9 months. A repair company recommended this one. It’s far better quality. Come with floor mat and blow upInsert to retain heat. It’s costs half the price of my previous ones. Highly recommend it

The media could not be loaded. I managed to set this up all by myself! - I was a little shocked by the noise when I took the pump out to screw the cap on after inflation - it makes such a noise! and some of the details in the manual were a little tricky, and the videos did not help me puzzle out some of the trickier bits but the online chat support from Amazon was helpful, it was more of a confidence thing, had I had someone to help me it would have been easier to talk it through. I've got used to the chemicals and testing strips now, I do that everyday and the water is perfect, it's been 3 weeks and I've used it every day and intend to throughout the winter (unless it gets below zero degrees) Initially the water took 36 hours to heat up but now after a session it does not drop much and takes hardly any time to heat back up. Also it looks much prettier than the pic a very pleasant shade of grey with gold patterns.

We are really pleased with the hot tub. The only negative is the pump which doesn't work very well. Its a manual pump and a part dislodged inside which meant that it didn't work.

Product is expensive compared to other manufacturers so you would think a higher quality. You would be wrong. Firstly the pressure gauge on the pump wouldn’t work so had to be replaced, secondly the inflatable bladder that sits inside the top cover to insulate deformed so badly that the cover could not be used, again this was replaced. Thirdly, and far more seriously the control panel cover clear plastic delaminated and began to pull buttons away from control panel. This also allowed water ingress and made it unusable. It took over 1 month to get this repaired, and it is now doing the same to the new control panel. Shocking aftercare from both seller and manufacturer mspa. Avoid both like the plague.

As good as any expensive free standing tub. Looks amazing, not like an inflatable, and functionality is great. Is used as a hot tub by the adults and an amazing paddling pool for kids. Do make sure you buy chlorine etc. though as it needs to be properly maintained

The hot tub was delivered quickly but unfortunately it was the wrong one, i contacted the seller and we received the correct hot tub within days and the wrong one was collected , the customer service was quick and efficient and a special thanks to Roy, the hot tub is easy to put up and we love it 😊

Very rigid when inflated despite having thinner walls than some other tubs. Looks really good. Heats up well and bubbles function is good. I would advise buying a bigger one than you need. We got the 6 person which seats 4 adults comfortably or 4 adults and 2 small children but no way would it fit 6 adults.

We got this hot tub a few days before the February freeze and it has been up and running ever since - with no issues at all. I should also say in use everyday.It feels a solid piece of kit and looks more the part than hot tubs that look like adult paddling pools. In our house we call it skandi style.Also another advantage of this design is the size. The footprint on the patio is much smaller but the internal dimensions are the same as ones with additional 40-50cm diameter - this was a big factor in choosing this hot tub.It does take up to 30 hours to get it to temperature but with treatment daily it hasn't needed frequent water changing.Overall - really recommend
