Modern Baker - Seedy Seedy, Organic Sourdough Bread 600g (Pack of 4)

We have been royal customers of seedy seedy bread and found it not only healthy but also tasty.However, we are getting increasingly disappointed with the cut of the loaf, the slices are just getting thicker and thicker to a point making it difficult to fully toast the bread. Assuming this is a trick to make consumers to consume more and buy more!Can you please reduce the thickness of the cut or don’t cut it at all? It’s really off putting so much so that have deterred us from ordering!

I like the taste but find it very dry, requiring too much butter! Also, since I have a denture, I can't manage the rather hard crusts and it's a waste to cut them off - so unfortunately I won't be ordering again.

I found Modern Baker just as lockdown started and ordered their mixed box. This got me through the first couple of weeks - and I was so taken with the quality of the sourdough bread, that I have ordered Seedy Seedy twice more. The pre-sliced bread is well packaged (the bags are great for re-use) and freezes well. The texture is just right - that typical sourdough taste and texture, and it toasts really well. I have also tried the ginger and turmeric cookies, which are HUGE and very tasty.

Great and healthy sourdoughs bread.Perfecr also from frozen it and its fantastic for a sunday morning breakfast with only olive oil, after a few minutes in the oven. Great with poached eggs benedict

The most delicious and filling bread on the market. I’m so sick and tired and of eating empty carbs. Modern baker is pure goodness. I’m on my 20th loaf now and it’s become my staple.

Fantastic bread for healthy toast and sandwiches. As someone who loved German bread when I lived there in the 80s, I searched and searched for years to find bread as good. This bread is even better.
