Pictorial Atlas of Botulinum Toxin Injection: Dosage, Localization, Application, 2nd Edition Hardcover – November 1, 2013

I have a rare nerve disease and as such get botulism toxin injections in muscles that are not generally injected. This book provided a great reference point as to how to inject those muscles and what quantities to use. My neurologist was extremely pleased and it helped him with how to inject muscles he'd never injected before.

Great Book, Fantastic Seller!!

Excellent atlas of of sites for botulinum toxin therapy. It is important to note that this is an atlas that indicates sites to inject particular muscles, doses, and action of the muscle and that it is not a textbook on botulinum toxin therapy. Some weaknesses include not much neck anatomy for cervical dystonia and it does not include all botulinum toxins in the dose tables. Otherwise it is really a go-to in terms of targeting trunk and limb muscles as well as additional areas such as salivary glands.

It’s a book full of information and techniques about botulinum toxin applications and It’s benefits. I recommend it for experts.
