Massage Balls Set - 3 Different Textures - Great for Feet, Hands, Back, Arms and More!

The smooth ball worked the best for releasing the ischial tendon to relieve the tendonitis. The spikes on the other balls hurt, so I don't use those.

I bought this set hoping for a small foot pain helper to use while traveling. But alas, none of these really work for my needs. They feel great, but don't help that "first thing in the morning" pain" that plagues folk with plantar fasciitis. Something like the Body Back Company's Wooden Foot Roller is what's needed.

The balls are beautiful, I like the range in shape and style however, they aren't very useful for the feet. Any type of pressure and they collapse in. I tried to use it in the crease of my hip, with pressure just from my arms and again the ball became a half moon shape, which I had to wait for it reshape on its own.The spiked ones are worst that the smooth ball. If you are looking for something very light and you don't need to really get into your joints or muscles then this is for you, otherwise I wouldn't purchase.

Not what I expected, very flimsy! The balls don't hold up for vary long before they cave in

I have an autoimmune disease that impacts my joints (hips and SI specifically) heavily. I use these every day, throughout the day and after workouts to relieve my muscle and joint pain. THEY WORK!!! I cant tell you how valuable these have been for me! I even use them in place of my foam roller for my hamstrings to target specific areas that are really tight, or on my deltoids after a shoulder day! What a great product!!!!

I wanted a little sponginess to them. Especially the smooth one. They are alright for what they are intended.

Useful, but would really like one smaller ball. The smaller one is just a little big for hand and foot massage. Maybe the manufacturer would consider a mini set for that purpose. Good quality. I use them.

These are cheap and crappy. Don't bother ordering them, a complete waste money.
