Get to hell a lot in a bag not used them all, but they’re where I have used them. I found that things have stayed fresh not got damp. Been very good

These little fellas saved my husband’s iphone, after he dropped it in a lake. We surrounded his phone with a few of these gel packets in an airtight container and left them to work their magic for 24 hours. And sure enough they worked perfectly. The phone functions perfectly with no damage at all. Most definitely the cheapest option to try before embarking on any expensive fixes.

Reacts very quickly and changes colour to 'wet'. Not sure when it stops working.

Got them in December 20232 and still working

Very useful for keeping a mini fridge(the small beverage kind that arent true fridges) from building condensation. Would swap and dry them every 2-3 weeks with my use purpose. The bagging encasement material of them immediately starts to appear different and wrinkled when microwave dried but didn't seem to affect moisture absorbency.

I have ordered 2 diverent packs, one of 4 and one of 6. I will use them for my filament storage bags, and these are reusable too. I choosed the reusable packets because throwing them away isn't good.

Los uso en recipientes de plástico herméticos, de entre uno y dos litros de capacidad, donde guardo objetivos fotográficos. Con unos higrómetros controlo el nivel de humedad y consiguen bajarlo del 65 al 30% en pocos minutos. Probé otros más económicos, de otra marca, que no me funcionaron en absoluto, pero estos me están yendo perfectos. Falta saber cuánto durará el efecto, pero, de momento, genial.

Ik wilde graag testen of het klopte wat op de verpakking stond en heb een zakje onbeschermd een week in de woonkamer gelegd. In deze tijd kleurde het van oranje naar groen en dit zakje heb ik gebruikt voor mijn experiment. Tussen elke foto zit 1 magnetronsessie van 600 Watt gedurende 2 minuten. Je ziet de inhoud verkleuren van donkergroen naar oranje en het gewicht neemt met 6 gram af. Oftewel: de zakjes nemen 6 gram water op. Een ander zakje heb ik in een waterdichte pelicase gedaan. Deze is na een maand nog altijd oranje en houdt de inhoud van de pelicase droog. 6 gram water opnemen is echt heel veel. De maximale luchtvochtigheid bij kamertemperatuur (20 graden celcius) is 17,3 gram per vierkante meter. De maximale hoeveelheid vocht bij volledige verzadiging in een object van 50 liter is nog geen 1 gram. Ongelooflijk, ik had wel de kleinere versies voor mijn pelicase kunnen nemen :)
