Good robust flavor and color. A little pricey, but worth it. I rarely cook with it because of the quality but it works well when I do. Very healthy and smooth. Cooks well, but is versatile enough to drizzle, drink etc. Great stuff.

Good amazing taste

Great premium quaint olive oil, I use it with sourbread or on salads! The taste has that wonderful bitterness, nit everyone will like it but I personally adore it!

Really good

Every year for her birthday I get my wife a fancy bottle of olive oil. With the soaring prices of olive oil the last couple of years this has become one gift I really try to choose with care. I always get her something she has not had before. She prefers organic first press oils. This looked like the stuff for her.When she tried it she grimaced. She didn't like it. She said it was way too spicy for her palate. I'm not sure what she meant? I tried it and thought it was delicious. She always tells me I have a more discerning palate than she does. Perhaps that is true although the fact she disliked it and I liked it would seem to indicate she is the one with the more sophisticated taste buds.I was really sorry about that because this stuff was not inexpensive. She usually makes a bottle last a long time. She dips bread in it so she can savor the flavors. I was shocked when I saw the empty bottle already in the recycling bin a few weeks later. I asked her about it. She told me she didn't like the oil so she cooked with it and used it up quickly just to get rid of it. She doesn't know how much it cost. I wasn't happy about it. But, it was her oil, she could do whatever she wanted with it. I would have savored it myself. Oh well, maybe next year.

When you first open it, you think you need to twist the cork out but it only goes in like 5mm so it just pops off easily as there is a built in spout so that it pours very slowly. The color is a medium yellowish green, darker then some olive oils i seen. Overall, the oil really does look quality, the taste not as peppery as some others i tried, but very good and smooth. I think this oil is great for sauces and cooking. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's a little expensive for the size. It's a great olive oil but the price prices it out of my specific price range for everyday use so therefore i'm giving it a 4 out of 5 for value for the money. So far Partana is still the best for me value wise. But if you're looking for a high end oil, dont hesitate to try this.

FABULOUS 👌👏👍I watched a YouTube special explaining that the olive oil in U.S. grocery stores, most of it is fraud. It's usually a mixture of seed oils not olive oil & using green dye. If it doesn't have a certifIed number and if it's not bottled in dark glass, it's fake. You are wasting your money. I've bought 3 bottles of this brand, 2 for Christmas presents and 1 for me. It's delicious. I will always buy this brand. I'm a olive oil snob, I admit it and I'm not ashamed. The friends who I bought for, they love it also and have already repurchased. I bought 3 different certifIed brands to see which I would like the best. This is the keeper. As soon as I finish using up all 3 I will repurchase this brand.

The product is delicious and I would have enjoyed it immensely had it been delivered. I am out over $30 from this seller and I would not trust them if I were you.
