Awesome cart, but watch where you position it on the kayak.
Ok, this is a great cart! First, the good: Easy to put together Material seems sturdy Easy to take apart Strap buckle system is great Kind of easy to store when on the water (see note below) There really isn't much "not so good", but rather stuff to keep in mind when you load your kayak. These items are easily fixed with a bit of practice, just keep them in mind when you load your kayak. My first and second attempt at loading the kayak on the cart almost made me return it but after watching a quick youtube video I realized the obvious mistake I was making and fixed it. The straps were a bit tricky to install- you just have to adjust them to tighten down the cart to the kayak. You really have to watch where you place the cart. I thought I had it in the right position towards the back of the kayak because that seemed like the most obvious place to do so but big mistake, it slipped off crashing my kayak to the ground even though the straps were secure. The second attempt the straps weren't tight enough- same result after I started pulling the kayak. On the third attempt I put the cart right behind the seat area, almost under the seat, and it worked but I found that having the kickstand face forward was a must and I had to really tighten down the straps which is very easy to do with the type of strap buckle it has. I walked my kayak a good 75 to 100 yards to the launch area which had a steep decline and the cart never slipped. This cart was easy to manuver and was easy to control. Overall a great cart, once you troubleshoot a bit and fine tune your method of loading the kayak to the cart, it is very easy. As for the straps, after you figure out the straps, they are very beneficial. In fact, after I loaded the kayak into my truck, I kept the cart assembled and used the straps to secure the cart to the bed of my truck so it wouldn't fall out. Here is a good tip for stowing the cart on the kayak while on the water, I have a sit on top that does not have any hull storage but does have a storage area behind the seat that has bungee attachments like a net. Initially I was going to just bungee the cart behind the seat area but instead bought the RUNCL 40L Waterproof Dry Bag ANCOHUMA and used that to store the cart. You just take off the wheels and the pads and the whole thing fits into the bag without a problem. I used the clips from the bag shoulder straps to string the bungee through to keep it completly secure. Not a single issue at all and the whole setup keeps everything safe and secure. Overall a great cart!

YES! Pricey, but worth every penny!
I live in a beach neighborhood so need a cart to get my kayak from my garage the block and a half to the launch area. After treating myself to a new kayak I wanted to also purchase a cart from a local retailer. Boy did that not work out! I bought a metal folding cart from a local outfitter and not only was a real pain to figure out how to mount my kayak on, but after figuring it out, it wobbled like crazy because it just didn’t fit my hull shape. Quite disappointed, I promptly returned it and purchased the C Tug. Two days later, it arrived. I had the body assembled in about 3 minutes but the straps took much longer. There aren’t instructions in the box for these so you’ll need to watch the easy to follow video the company created for them. I took the company’s advice and lined the cart up where I am planned to strap it while my kayak was flipped over. This allowed me to situate the bunkers. My kayak went on without issue and it was super easy crossing gravel, sand, grass and asphalt on my way out. This cart is fantastic!! The only downside is it’s price tag but it will pay you back in your saved back, knees etc!

Nice cart
This is the second set of wheels that i bought for moving my kayak around. A decked out fishing kayak is pretty heavy and i'm way past my prime, so lifting or carrying it isn't on the menu. There are things about the Railblazer that I liked and a couple that i didn't. Most of the claims the company makes are true, but everyone's needs are different, so there are things to consider. First, the kickstand is wimpy and doesn't work very well. The trolley does disassemble pretty easily, but the parts don't fit into any compartment on my kayak, so it was better to just strap it on the back fully assembled or leave it with the car. The wheels are especially easy to get off, to the point that they would fall off when i was handling it, so I began to worry about a wheel falling off in the water and being lost. What stopped me from using it was that it is pretty low to the ground. This wold be a good thing normally, requiring less lifting, but in my case it meant that I couldn't strap the wheels on before I pulled the kayak all the way on or off my trailer, which is how my kayak can normally be loaded and unloaded easily. With my other wheels on, the kayak bow is slid onto the trailer up to where the wheels are, the wheels are removed, and the kayak is slid the rest of the way onto the trailer. The Railblazer isn't tall enough to allow that. In summary, I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, because it isn't for everyone, the kickstand is wimpy, and because having a wheel fall off unexpectedly isn't fun. However, the kayak sits nicely on it, it is easy to pull over rough terrain, and there is very little that can rust on it.

Quite possibly the best kayak/canoe cart money can buy.
The RAILBLAZA C-Tug Kayak Cart is about as good as you can get for a kayak/canoe cart. It assembles without tools, takes apart easily (if you need to fit it in confined storage area), is made of long-lasting waterproof materials, has nice rubberized tires and padded supports, and adapts easily (with a large strap) to fit virtually any size kayak or canoe. It's very close to perfect, but if I were to criticize it in a nit-picky way, it is slightly heavy for its size (around 8 lbs., I think--although the weight probably helps with stability) and the included kick stand is a little finicky in some situations. It could also be priced a little lower, since decent alternatives can be found for $30 to $50 less. These are small concerns. Frankly, I love it. It's more compact and much easier to disassemble than most other kayak carts on the market and is very well made. If you anticipate traversing a lot of sand, give some thought to buying a cart that has the larger balloon-style beach tires. For most other surfaces, this cart is great and highly recommended.

Best Kayak Cart Out There
It’s been nearly 3 years and I wonder how I got along without this cart. I went through a few carts. This one works. It’s tough. It doesn’t fold when you load. It rolls along beautifully. It disassembles and stows in my hold. It even helps with the initial lift when loading the kayak on the car (I leave the kayak on the cart and let the cart tilt the kayak up those first few feet. Saves my back.). I have a 60 lb, 14’ sit in kayak and it can get unwieldy. This cart helps all the way with handling the craft, from stands to car and back. I can also haul my SUP on it. (Blew out my shoulder carrying the SUP.) I have hauled friend’s kayaks on it. The cart adjusts to them all. This cart is well worth the money.

Great Kayak Cart
I went back and forth debating which car to buy and considered trying to build one. Eventually after reading some other reviews I decided to give this one a shot. I'm pleased to say that it's very well engineered, extremely easy to assemble, and very easy to use. It's worth the premium price. Just buy it. While I wish it was a little smaller, it's extremely easy to use, and I'm not sure if it would function in a smaller size. I do wish I could just leave the kayak sitting on it in my garage, but that is not advised for the kayak or the cart. I haul my kayak on the top of my Nissan Xterra and then put it on this cart to put in at a boat ramp. I actually leave the cart attached to the kayak until I'm in the water and then unbuckle it and throw the cart in the front of the kayak. Then I just paddle away. When returning to shore I hold the straps and throw the cart over the front of the kayak slowly dragging it back toward the seat then I fasten the straps. After that I paddle toward shore, jump off the front, grab the handle, and simply walk the kayak up to my Xterra on the cart. The kayak in question is a Perception Pescador Pilot 12. While the positioning of the pads on the top of the cart don't really line up properly with the bottom of the kayak, it works just fine.

Beware of Kickstand
I'm giving this a 3 star and I hate to do it cause this cart truly has the potential to be top notch. I think everything is great with this cart, even the straps while many ppl are complaining about it - really wasn't an issue for me. What is a MAJOR ISSUE is the kickstand. For some reason, the product manufacturer did not create a locking mechanism for the kick stand so sure on flat street like surfaces it's not too much of an issue, but when exiting out the water and setting up the cart in position with the kickstand in use, depending on the ground level or gravel or mud or basically anything... The kickstand gives out making the cart to fall over so I can't put ur kayak on it. And it's really frustrating when ur at the boat launch trying to place kayak on cart and the cart keep toppling over simply cause of the kickstand. It's not a defecting unit neither, look up the product on Google and type kickstand issues, u'll see plenty of folks with the same issue. Some tighten the kickstand bolt almost to the point of stripping to get better results but not a complete solution due to it still happening. So folks added washers. I haven't gotten around to trying any of those recommended solutions I've been reading about so idk just yet. I guess I'll update when I find a way to lock the kickstand. Other than that, when I have the kayak actually on the cart its really good. I used it twice over gravel like pathway to lake and it rolls really smooth. No tension. Turns good. Easy to store as well. Everything is great Besides the kick stand. So 3 stars cause of the amount of frustration Im dealing with publicly at boat launches lol

Really great design
I am pleasantly surprised by the innovative design of this little cart. The biggest surprise is that no tools are needed to assemble. They really thought ahead because once I use the cart to get my kayak to the water what will I do with the cart? Well I can take this apart in less than one minute and stow in my kayak. That is such a great thing. My biggest challenge was attaching the strap to the cart. I found a video showing how to run the strap through the buckle and since I never need to do that again I am O.K. with that. The strap stays attached to the cart through these buckles and the other ends go around my kayak and through a clamp that is commonly seen with tie-downs. So I can secure the kayak to the cart and remove it in a couple of seconds. The kick stand isn't very strong and I tried tightening it's screw (the only screw on the cart) to no avail but that was of little concern since it it just holds the cart upright until I place the kayak on it. All-in-all I shouldn't dwell on these two things that much because it really is a dream to use. The wheels have a rubber coating on the tread so it's not like dragging plastic wheels that I had expected. The cradle has a rubberized surface to contact my kayak too. Excellent. I would love to hear how this was designed because it is pretty impressive how few parts it has and how simply they come together to create a strong and durable little cart. Best of all there are no little parts to lose. I'm not a cart connoisseur but I definitely recommend this one.

Fantastic kit
One of the best decision I ever made in buying this specific kit in my kayaking venture. I had everything else but couldn't face the hassle of the old wheels that slipped every time I was taking my kayak down to my close river. Now I can confidently leave without having to adjust it at all after going up/down pavements and crossing the road. I turned the plates on an inward facing position which can be done and this suited my hull best. So easy to set up and dismantle. And lightweight. Never have to manage or check deflating tires! Makes going off for my trip hassle free and definitely worth the extra money for the confidence and whole experience (I found the previous once so stressful) and now I can travel further to the better slipway🙌 . Excellent quality kit! You won't regret it! Delivery was quick also.. Only a couple of days and I was off🙃 Tips: I watched youtube channels for the webbing threading to buckle at the beginning which really helped. Also watched a couple of others for the actual assembling, but visual is my preferred choice of instructions for my Neuro brain. But the paper ones that come with it would be no problem….i used both! Hope this helps in your decision!

Robust kajak/fiskekjak/kanot/-vagn

Great for the sand, get air tyres for the hard surfaces.
Recommend this kayak trolley for the sandy areas as it rides well over wet and dry sand. Not so good on the road or concrete as it makes a racket and the kayak vibrates, not great for my fibreglass boat.
