Airborne (New Zealand) Manuka Honey 500g / 17.85oz

I have suffered with severe and debilitating esophageal reflux for over forty years. I have been on every prescription and OTC drugs available and still the GERD attacks happened fifteen to twenty five times daily and were excruciating. Researching home remedies, I read that Manuka honey was known to be helpful. I had already discovered its healing powers for wound care so decided to try it. I was amazed that after all of these years taking all acid reducing medications (that are not supposed to be taken for more than six weeks) the Manuka honey has almost completely cured my esophageal reflux. I wish I could persuade all gastrointerologists to suggest this for sufferers of GERD. If you suffer from this debilitating disease, it is imperative that you give this a try.

This was amazing! my Bro had something on his leg the Docs said was shingles. Not! Agter several Docs found it was bacterial Celulitis poss even MRSA. He had it for 8 months. I found this online under homeopathic cures. We litterally watched the infection die day by day spreading this honey on and covering with sterile gauze and a wrap. Amazing!

I’ve tried a few Manuka.. and the one that I received isn’t remotely close to the color in the photo advertised and when I compare to consistency to the other bottle of the manuka honey that I do have from another company in New Zealand, this honey is too watery.. what’s sad is that you can’t return it. Well I don’t want it because it isn’t up to my standards.. so I’m suppose to just keep it ?!

I have been trying several brands of Manuka honey lately, trying to find the one that offers the most healing potential for the best price and I'm not sure that this is it. The UMF is lower than the other honey I am currently using. Though the Airborne honey has a lovely taste, I am not sure that the lower UMF is actually enough to heal anything. On the nights that I take a tsp of Airborne,I seem to have more congestion than when I use one of the other brands with a higher UMF. Also, the jar arrived with the top cracked and honey leaked all over the packaging. I'm not sure if I will order this again.

I don't much like honey, but this one is ambrosia. And good for you inside and out. However, it is very expensive.

The size reads 17.5. However, it is smaller than my 8 oz tea cup. Is this mis weighed? I’d like to hear from the company. Good product, good taste.

Jury is still out on what the Honey can and can't do. I read how amazing it was on the internet so bought some to keep around. I did try it on two cuts i got on some dirty barbwire both washed and cleaned with soap and water and a bandaid over the one with honey didn't get as red and did heal faster hands down. I've also tried it in some tea, it has a unique flavor and a little different texture than normal honey but its still good.

This stuff is amazing. Whenever someone around here has a sore throat, cough, upset stomach, the blahs....whatever.....a spoonful of this honey in hot water--sometimes with fresh lemon juice--makes it all better. And, since it's not as delicious as regular honey, no one uses it if they don't need it, so this incredibly expensive jar it lasts a while.
