I'm.a beginner and wanted a hobby.. this won't be the one..as the item was not easy to use and the holes were big and basically I just didn't enjoy using it.

Pretty good kit for beginners. My 6yo daughter worked on this, by herself. In a couple of hours she had completed the rainbow and the clouds. The yarn is very soft and the finished product is quite impressive. 1 star off for the useless scissors. Other than that, great introduction to needle punch/punch needle. She is still keen to finish and she has the attention span of a gnat, usually! We recommend the kit.

The instructions are a bit difficult to follow as it is poorly translated into my language, and the QR codes were for a platform my country doesn't support. However I just searched for videos online on how to thread the punch needle and how to get started and there were loads of helpful videos. The kit itself was actually really good- the wool is good quality and I was really pleased with the outcome. It had everything I needed to complete the project.

Only gave it 4 stars as the poking device was not as good quality as I would have hoped. Apart from that the rest of the materials were good quality and I produced a lovely craft, instructions were easy to follow and the craft didn't take long to complete.

Great kit! The tool is fantastic quality. I watched a few videos online first (tip- hold the first few stitches on the back so they dont pull out) but the instructions also come with a QR code to an instruction video. The yarn was great quality and plenty for the kit. I love how easy this is once you get the hang of it only downside is that it only took a few hours to complete..so I need to buy another! You can choose whether you prefer the front or back as they are different- i chose the front. The back in pictures is the one with yarn hanging as its unfinished.

This arrived a month after ordering. The instructions on the back of the pack weren’t very helpful for a total beginner like me, will have to check out YouTube later. The plastic ring to hold the canvas wasn’t great quality either, the canvas was loose despite best efforts to tighten it, the screw at the top was also a bit flimsy.

Really easy to make once you know how!! Struggled to get the QR code to work as it wanted me to download an app that I couldn't register for.

Although I’ve heard this are great products. I found the packaging on this product to be disappointing as I bought them as gifts. It looks like a cheap product from China! I bought a Mario one before and it at least looked better. I know the 8 year old boy loved making it.
