I had purchased a pull-out unit about 5 years ago that was free-standing and enclosed in a cabinet. This unit is more work to install because it needs to be raised off the floor and enclosed. The pull-out portion is great; it slides easily and the adjustable shelves adapt to the items to be stored,

Allows us to transform wasted space into a pantry
We recently moved into a house with very little kitchen storage. The pantry is pitiful. We ordered two of these and my husband placed them on a frame on top of each other. The shelves easily move back and forth, items are easily seen, and almost everything we need fits onto the shelves. I would recommend this item to anyone with a small kitchen.

Sad I wasted my money
I've not used this item for very long. Maybe a couple months. It's already falling apart. I only have a few spices on the shelves so I know it's not a weight issue. It was also installed correctly by a friend that does contracting. Very cheap and poorly made. Sad I wasted my money.
