Easy to install
Easy install was what I ordered nice sound works well for now but would recommend putting silicone around the lid to seal from water and from keeping the lid from falling off not a very good fit or locking mechanism whatever holds it

If the horn works, blow it
The horn works good and is plenty loud. I'm glad it is mounted in front of the windshield. You only need it when you need it, but I was very happy to get a great quality replacement at a great price.

Compact but loud
Good value for money. The last one I got from a well known boat chandlers only lasted 2years and it was twice the price. This one has a nicer tone too.

Loud and reliable
The horn performs very well and can take a beating. Due to the manufacturer's poor choice for the placement of the horn in the boat, it got flooded on the last day of the season and sat over the winter in a pool of water. In the spring I removed the horn from the boat, dried it in the sun, and it now works as good as new.

Good replacement
Easy to install, looks good but unfortunately nowhere near the noise level of the one it replaced.

Not very loud and studders
Average loudness, not blasting but works. However, its sound kind of studders. It looked like a direct replacement from the photo but was not, It was slightly smaller and I had to drill a new hole into my boat. It was inexpensive, but I wouldn't buy again. I would probably opt for a horn with specified loudness. The other disappointing thing was the length of the wire. I had to install on my back way up under the dash to reach the original wire harness. Soldering and heat shrinking in this position was extremely difficult. Another 12" of wire would have really helped. A three score is the best I can give. It works but is nothing special.
