BAKTH Gaming Mouse with 8 Programmable Buttons, 3200 DPI(Four Adjsutable Level:800/1600/2400/3200), Counter Weight set, Omron Micro Switches

My husband really enjoys this mouse and finds it useful to use at night when the lights are out. He doesn't like the fact that e can't choose which color is shown, but it has the option to shut it off when it is not in use. It was advertised to have 8 programmable buttons, however that is not true. It has the basic left/right click, middle wheel click, and the side buttons to move forward and backward. Plus the DPI buttons to adjust the mouse speed. There are no programmable buttons on this mouse. Plus the instructions and box that it came with was in all Chinese. It's only a minor annoyance for us, but that's about it.

Bought this for my son for his birthday. Mouse came with no instructions for programing button and no software driver. We went to both the domestic BAKTH website and the Chinese manufacturing website and there were no instruction and no driver software. So what we ended up with was a very expensive standard mouse that we couldn't do anything with. We email BAKTH Customer Service for solution. If we do not have a solution from them within 48 hours, we're returning the mouse.Note: We have both Windows and Mac at our house and tried both systems. Their customer service kept providing useless information, including mouse specifications, but no help in programming the mouse. They stated that there were no instruction for the mouse, "just plug it in and the system will recognize the mouse." Without software to program the mouse, none of the extra buttons worked on MAC, at all. Mouse has been returned. The reviewers saying that this works great must be highly advanced in computing if they've got it figured out. Even if the mouse buttons plug and play in Windows, it is not PROGRAMMABLE!

I had no issues while it worked and it did work well for 18 months. The mouse wheel stopped functioning right when the warranty expired oddly enough, hence I will be purchasing my future mice from elsewhere.

Could not make it work on a Windows PC (either 8.1 or 10). Returned.
