- The Interior: The helmet's interior utilizes lightweight, dual-density patented "ConeHead" polystyrene liner to better absorb impacts. It is equipped with a UV coated clear visor and drop down UV dark-smoke sun visor. Liner is a color-matched, and quilt stitched. It features quick-release cheek pads, liner, and ratchet strap.
- Crash Detection: IntelliQuin crash detection system is integrated into helmet hardware. Helmets have integrated accelerometers as part of its proprietary circuitry and a corresponding algorithm for detecting and measuring a crash. The helmets Quin Arc Chip uses Bluetooth 4.0 protocols to communicate with helmet sensors, and the rider's smartphone to create a sophisticated crash detection system.
- SOS Beacon: IntelliQuin S.O.S. Beacon provides live-location tracking of a motorcyclist who requires help whileÊon-the-move. This feature is particularly appealing in less safe geographies where crime or harassment is high. - Universal Bluetooth: The Bluetooth 4.0 system utilizes speakers, mic, and circuitry that are invisibly integrated into the helmet. Circuitry is contained in a water-proof housing within the helmet. The tech is highly resistant to normal wear and tear. The Bluetooth offers 6-8 hours of continual use or up to 60+ hours of standby time. Controls are on a nearly flush-mounted Bluetooth control pad on the front.
