Works!
Works fine on my SG300-10PP, though i've only had one POE device plugged in. The end that plugs into the Cisco seems to be custom-made with a couple of adapters tacked on, but done very beautifully with shrink tubing to make it all stable.

Perfect compatibility with Cisco SG switches
Finding the Cisco four pin power supplies is really difficult. I’m thankful that this third-party steps up to the plate by including a very well designed adapter. The power slot play meets Cisco specs in all manners.

It cannot power a Cisco SG300-10MP
I lost the power adaptor for my CISCO switch SG300-10MP, then I decided to look for a power adapter. This UNIT doesnot work! I was thinking the Switch is broken until a friend that has the same Cisco switch lend his power adapter for a while, then I discover the switch is in good condition. What is broken or not suitable to power the switch is this AC ADAPTER 48 V

Unusable after 1 month
I ordered 5 of these to replace the OEM power adapter for my SG300-10 port POE switches. None of these lasted longer than 1 month. They become extremely hot and stop working. Two of them were so hot, you could actually hear them sizzling (I'm not joking). Very dangerous. I threw them all away.

Not a replacement for POE switch. Will not power a voip phone...
