This tape is great because it lasts forever (easily 2 weeks with showering abs bathing) but when it is time to remove it, it hurts.

I bought a roll of 100'. The tape stretches farther than Rocktape, KT tape, even OK tape. I've tried many brands. I use kinesio tape all the time. Knees, lower back, shoulders, even on my golfer's elbow. I've found that a range of tape is best for me. I keep a roll of each type and use accordingly. So this tape is alright. I have used about half of it already. The cotton tapes and the tape with extra sticky hold I tend to use on more difficult areas, such as in the path of sweaty streams. (My lower back tends to sweat a lot when I'm working out.). This tape doesn't hold as long and can roll up after it has separated from ones skin, which can really pull ones little hairs. It does work. You can tell it's not as good a quality as all my other tape rolls, but it's suitable.

Never used kinesiology tape before but I took a chance and dove right in.I have two torn meniscus in my right knee and because of that condition I cannot walk long distance.. let me clarify that.. not even a mile. I'm an ex-athlete and have no quality of life as far as being able to participate in my health needs. I want and need to get my metabolism fired up! I have found with taping my knee I am able to carry on daily activities have to be careful going upstairs though but other than that I have confidence and trust in the support that I am getting from Vive

I rarely give fives, because most everything has some area to improve on. However, this is the real deal! What would have cost me with ktape for 8 pieces, I received and entire roll. I was concerned about it's effectiveness on how long it would last, but I thought with the savings, even if I only get two days out of it, I will still be saving money. I did a medial elbow support that lasted four days and four showers. I also did a gracilis down through the knee, that probably would have lasted a week. I was so pleasantly surprised! Definitely worth the cost. An extremely high value!

Wished I had found this years ago!After a life of drywall finishing, and various other contractor jobs, I was diagnosed with oestoarthritis, and all that goes with a painful degeneration of bones.Looking at a full shoulder replacement and refuse to stop living my life! I had my son tape up my shoulder and a fantastic day of paddling on water. Recommend it to anyone that listens!!!Buyer for life!!!

Bought this tape a few times from this seller for wife and it works for her. Also very good because it's not pre-cut, so there's no waste, but this time shipping just doesn't make sense. $82 shipping for three roles? I don't think it used to be that expensive, so I'm ordering from a different seller with even prime available.

These are ok but there are much better brands out there. It did the job but it doesn't stay on very long. Wear it on the sides of my knees but kept peeling off whenever there was friction against my pants. Which didn't happen with other brands..
