If you freeze them, do not touch them with your bare fingers!
They're very simple, so there's not a lot that can go wrong. I've so far made a portion of chocolate fondant and frozen sole of them. Because I put a fair amount of butter on them initially, the fondants came out easily and it was easy to wash them. Your fingers will stick to then if you freeze them =D
